The web based Reporting Services Module of ArchiFM makes the CAFM system complete and provides an easy answer for all reporting demands from the management. The acces of all reports are secured by login data, so reports are avalaible only for users with apropriate privilages. The reports can be printed, saved to a central repository or sent by e-mail easily with one click. An additional, and probably the best advantage of the ProFM Reporting Services is the scheduled running function, wich allows users to make reports at off-hours, and send the results automatically to their in-box. Reporting Services provides integrated data access to elements of the ArchiFM database, so optimum data extraction is avalaible.
