The acces of all reports are secured by login data, so reports are avalaible only for users with apropriate privilages. The reports can be printed, saved to a central repository or sent by e-mail easily with one click. An additional, and probably the best advantage of the ProFM Reporting Services is the scheduled running function, wich allows users to make reports at off-hours, and send the results automatically to their in-box. Reporting Services provides integrated data access to elements of the ArchiFM database, so optimum data extraction is avalaible.
